Bent on arrival and all the screw joints wobble

I was expecting this to be a low cost spear but I wasn't prepared for it to be as low quality as it was. Out of the box the spears i received were all bent like bananas. The prongs aren't very sharp and all the screw joints loosen up and wobble just by looking at them. It had great reviews so I was expecting something decent. Different spears also came with different bands that have totally different elasticity and diameter.
