I used these pipe stoppers for setting up a 120cm roller. These are solid plastic with seals so you can use them as plugs and as anchors. I set one in the mid position for a loading point. This allows grabbing the wishbone easily and hip loading the powerband to a rest tab. The second plug gets set all the way back to the handle. The provided anchors are nice but I prefer to use a heavy duty plastic shoulder washer and larger stainless screws. I use two screws for each plug and these screws go in between the seals so its watertight. This setup can handle the load of a 16mm band at full stretch and also easy unloading if necessary. These stoppers work great and are a good price.
